These terms govern your access to the SylRab website and purchases made through our online store.

Seller information

SylRab is currently operated by the seller responsible for orders placed on sylrab.com. Formal company registration details, registered address, VAT or tax number, and business telephone number will be added to this page when the company setup is completed. Customer care is available through [email protected].

Online store terms

These Terms of Service apply when you browse the SylRab website or place an order through our online store. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into a purchase agreement.

Products and availability

We aim to present our floral objects, bouquets, prices, taxes, delivery costs, and availability clearly before checkout. Product images, colors, dimensions, and handmade finishing may vary slightly depending on display settings and production details.

Orders and payment

Orders are accepted when payment has been authorised and an order confirmation has been issued by email or another durable format. We may decline or cancel an order if payment cannot be verified, stock is unavailable, required information is missing, or an obvious pricing or product error is identified.

Prices, taxes, and delivery restrictions

The checkout should show the total price, applicable taxes, delivery costs, and any delivery restrictions before you place an order. If a delivery country, address, or carrier service is unavailable, we may be unable to accept or fulfil the order.

Delivery and risk

Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been agreed. Where required by EU consumer rules, goods should be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded unless another period has been agreed. Risk for loss or damage passes to the customer only when the goods are delivered to the customer or a person designated by the customer.

Returns and refunds

EU and EEA consumers usually have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases, subject to legal exceptions. SylRab may also offer a 30-day commercial return window for eligible unused items. Returns, withdrawal, exchanges, faulty items, and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Legal guarantee

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, EU and EEA consumers may have a minimum two-year legal guarantee and may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund under applicable consumer law.

Website use

You may not use this website for unlawful activity, interfere with its operation, copy protected material without permission, or attempt to access non-public systems or data.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SylRab is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use, delayed delivery, or inability to use a product. This does not limit liability where limitation is not permitted by law, including statutory consumer rights, fraud, intentional misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

Complaints and consumer redress

If you have a complaint, contact [email protected] with your order number and a clear description of the issue. The European Commission's former Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on July 20, 2025, so this website does not link to that closed platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version published on this page applies to website use and orders placed after the updated version is published. Material changes will not reduce mandatory rights connected with orders already placed.
